Micro porous flatwork ironing machine adopt dual frequency double motor system, low energy consumption, reversible, beautiful design. The machine uses a gear in terms rotation turn, smooth transmission, low noise, adjustable ironing speed, safe, reliable, energy saving.
This machine adopts imported high-temperature heat treatment ironing belt, cooling function. The machine conveyor adopt soft chain connection, has changed the traditional solder connections, extend the service life.
Vice cylinder adopt cold drawn tubes, 304 stainless steel, combine with stainless steel feed work station.
Using PLC touch-screen computer board design, visual control of the fabric, can better monitor the functioning and ironing machine, reducing security risks.
Equipment using oxygen pump system and microporous technology, quick heat conduction speed. The machine adopts no speed motor. Ironing roller speed range between the 0-30m/min, can make better use of heat energy. After dehydration, the fabrics can feed into the ironing machine directly, the speed can be maintained above 12meters /min.
6.The machines have two models feeding system. No.1:The bedsheets feeding in front side, come out in back side. No. 2: After adjust the roller stick,it can feeding in front side, and come out in the bottom of front side.
